One third say they skip breakfast altogether, with a third of these people citing not enough time as the reason for not eating breakfast. "Getting the day started right and having a nutritious breakfast can be the most important part of a busy day," says Bibie Wu, General Mills marketing manager. "But with hectic morning routines, the importance of breakfast is often overlooked.
